At 8：00 am， July 18, the 2020 "Double Top Ten " selection activity of HYSH was held in the large conference room on the fourth floor of the office building. The Chairman and General Manager of the group company Wang Youde visited the site to observe and presented awards to the company's 2020 "Double Top Ten" team winners. Some senior and middle-level leaders served as judges.

After more than two months of planning and preparation, as well as careful selection and recommendation by each workshop, 16 teams from 16 departments finally entered the "Double Top Ten" final evaluation  stage. Compared with last year, some attempts and innovations were made in the final evaluation  stage, including the introduction of electronic scoring procedures, additional on-site voting and lottery sessions.

At the selection activity, the sincere, united, active and stable mental outlook of each team was vividly demonstrated through their videos; the speakers, who is also the monitors of every team, were imperturbable, or impassioned, and moved every judge and audience with sincerity, truth and genuineness; the emotions of the members of the relatives and friends group were in high spirits and voted enthusiastically to show their enthusiasm for the activity.

At the end of the activity, Chairman Wang made an emotional concluding speech and said:

The vast universe was studded with stars, each of which is shining. Similarly, in the sky of Hengyuan, every colleague is a star, but everyone in different positions shines on Hengyuan with different luminous points, inspiring each of us to move forward courageously.

I have been in Hengyuan for 20 years, from my thirties to now nearly sixties. I have never felt that I am getting old, nor have I felt what I have done here. Every young employee entrusted his dream to Hengyuan from the moment he/she walked out of the school and entered Hengyuan. The company is currently undergoing a transitional era. In this critical period, It is the responsibility and mission of the management team that how Hengyuan can carry everyone's dreams and let employees from all over the country live and work here without worries.

A famous Chinese saying from Yue Fei” Thirty years of fame is as light as dust, traveled from north to south for eight thousand miles, and experienced a lot of life”, tells us that we still need to make greater efforts to forge ahead in order to achieve our goal.
