On April 2nd, at 2 p.m. Jiang Ming, the Deputy Commissioner of Jinan Customs, accompanied by the Deputy Mayor of Dezhou City, Zhang Guiai, Dezhou Customs Party Secretary and Customs Director Sun Yijian, and Secretary of Linyi County Party Committee Lin Chunyuan, came to our company for field research and issue the AEO certificate. Chairman, General Manager of the company Wang Youde participated the discussion by video.

County CPC Committee Member, Deputy County Mayor Li Aimin presided the discussion by express their welcome to the leaders and then delivered a speech. Deputy General Manager Zhang Guifen of the company, made a report on the certification status, import business and preferential policies obtained after the certification. She highlighted the import and export issues that the company will face after its transformation and upgrading.

In the meeting, Chairman Wang expressed his appreciation to the customs system and government departments at all levels for their support to the company's work. He mentioned that the AEO certification is of great help to improve the company's raw material clearance efficiency and the company's influence in the industry. Hengyuan is now in a critical period of transformation and will strengthen the management of import and export system in accordance with relevant standards, move towards high quality management.

Then Customs Director Sun granted the company the license on behalf of the customs, and General Manager Zhang accepted the AEO certificate on behalf of the company.

Jiang highly affirmed Hengyuan's corporate culture and future development positioning, and emphasized that advanced certification enterprises are not evaluated out but through practical action. 

Customs advanced certification enterprises are the highest credit rating enterprises assessed by China's customs. In addition to enjoying the highest preferential convenience from China's customs, AEO advanced certification enterprises can also enjoy the preferential measures of customs from countries or regions that recognize each other with China, which can help enterprises effectively improve customs clearance efficiency, effectively reduce customs clearance costs, and help enterprises develop with high quality. Up till now, there are only 1.2% companies are customs advanced certification enterprises among the 45,000 enterprises under the jurisdiction of Jinan customs area, and Hengyuan petrochemical has become Linyi county's first and Dezhou city's fourth customs advanced certification enterprises.
