CEO David, Deputy CEO Jocelyn and other 7 people from HRC came to SHPC for two-day visit and communication on July 23, 2019

Chairman and General Manager Wang Youde, Deputy General Manager Wang Zongquan and General Manager Assistant Tang Liang of SHPC conducted in-depth communication and discussion about business operation and department management with HRC senior management team in conference room of Hengyuan Business Hotel.

HRC and SHPC had specific face-to-face communication about corporate culture, functional management, application of information technology, production process control & optimization, market &trade. They also had a lively discussion about the improvement of operational efficiency and productivity.

During the visit,  HRC team visited the SHPC's main production plant and inquired &reviewed the relevant control parameters and process.

During the visit, Deputy Chairman Yang Wenlu of SHPC union, led the Muslims from HRC team to visit the Shijia mosque in Linyi County. This is fully demonstrating SHPC's concept of respecting national beliefs.

Chairman Wang highly valued and evaluated this communication. During the meeting, he said that HRC and SHPC are one family. HRC senior management team came to Shandong, which opened the first step for both sides to realize mutual learning and jointly improve of domestic and foreign companies. It is encouraging and gratifying. Chairman Wang also stressed that about the corporate culture itself, there are only regional differences but no right wrong, good or bad attributes. The company should enlarge its vision, adopt an open and inclusive attitude, an objective and equal concept, and interact with the attitude of understanding and acceptance. Only in this way, the company can let the advanced cultures of the two countries truly learn from each other;  release the advantages of both sides and play a positive role.

To promote each other, mutual integration, comprehensive improvement by realizing the learning from each other about enterprise management, operation, technology and other aspects, which is SHPC‘s initial intention & goal, and the effective way to make enterprise go to sustainability, health, strong excellent wisdom.
