Hengyuan Petrochemical held a spiritual seminar about the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC central committee on the afternoon of December 4^th (plenary session). This meeting specially invited the members of the Publicity Group of the County Party Committee, Deputy Director of the County Finance Bureau, Director of the State Asset Bureau, Ma Zejun to deliver the report of the plenary session.
