In order to adapt to the increasingly harsh environment for the company’s survival and the demands of global development and to further improve the level of general safety management, the company initiated a program of “introducing safety management system of international leading level and promoting safety performance” in September 2017. The purpose of this program is to implement advanced safety management concept, technology and mode within Hengyuan’s organization and completely reborn the company’s safety management by grafting the world’s top-class safety management culture. This program involves an estimated overall investment of more than 10 million Yuan and is planned to be completed in three years. This program will be completed in three stages, namely, planning, implementation and continuous improvement, to gradually develop safety culture, promote safety skills, standardize work procedure, improve safety management instruments and fully promote the company’s risk management/control capability in various fields of production and business operation.

Since the implementation of this program, all personnel of the company at various levels have attached high importance and provided full cooperation to ensure the program is implemented smoothly and generates actual effect. After the program is completed, Hengyuan will establish a special safety culture and management system that is systematic, complete, efficient and consistent with the actual particulars of the company to achieve qualitative leap-forward and upgrade of the company’s management in various aspects. All staff of the company will actively and initiatively practice “safety” in every detail of their work and life, consciously observe rules and disciplines at all times in all places and actively intervene with the unsafe acts of others, and a good safety culture atmosphere featuring activeness, health, relaxation and care will be created.
