On Nov.30, The Chairman and General Manager Wang Youde of Group Company was invited to give a keynote speech on "The Practice of the ‘One Belt One Road Initiative’ in Southeast Asia" at the cloud of CCB Malaysia. He had an in-depth explanation that HRC borrowed the "shell" of Malaysia to create a cross-border petrochemical dual-cycle structure, and promoted the development of the international supply chain energy ‘One Belt and One Road’.
