At 8:30 on November 3, the Linyi County Chemical Industry Vocational Skills Competition and the main venue of the Shandong Hengyuan Petrochemical Group Technical Competition was held in NO.1 catalytic workshop. The major of electrical, clamp, instrument  and the major of fire rescue were held in the operation guarantee workshop and the safety management department respectively. Li Wanyin, deputy chairman of the county labor union, Zhu Changcai, deputy director of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Sun Shouxi, director of the Vocational Skills Appraisal Center of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, as well as some of the company's senior leaders and principals of various departments participated in the event.

This competition focuses on the actual enhancement of worker troop overall quality, trying to create the learning type, knowledge type, technical type, innovation type, and high quality employee troop. s in setting off the good atmosphere of competition, learning, catching up, helping each other and surpassing among the workshops. Combining the past experience, but changing the past competition form, the company labor union set the general competition project by uniting the relevant department and each workshop chose to send the excellent player to participate the competition. This not only increased the appraisal depth of the project, but also improved the competition competitiveness.

8 teams selected from 6 main workshops participated the competition of the chemical general control engineer project, from which, NO.2 team form NO.3 FCC workshop, FCC team and NO.1 team from NO.3 FCC workshop won the first, second, and third place respectively. Through the competition, the employees in each workshop showed their outstanding post style to the fullest. At the same time, it also allowed everyone to find gaps in the competition process, further improved the business skills and practical ability of young employees, and laid the foundation for HYSH's talent training and workforce construction.
