In the second month of spring, the river is melted and the spring forest is dense. On March 8, on this brilliant holiday of uniting and struggling and fighting for emancipation of the world’s working women, all working women are worthy to be praised and exalted. 

In the last year, you were active on various fronts of Hengyuan Petrochemical. You braided beautiful wreaths one after another for the enterprise with your youth, wisdom and hard-working hands. Your vigorous figures were active next to the roaring pumps; you worked hardly and sweated like rain on the towering tower; every report recorded your promise to escort company development, and carry you wisdom and glory; you typed the hope of success with your fine fingers in the busy and orderly office…… hereby express deep appreciation to your hard work and selfless devotion. 

While doing your own job well, you also assume responsibility for family care, and take care of happiness of family.
