On June 27, 2018, the National Ministry of Commerce issued Granting Qualification on Import of Non-state Trading of Crude Oil of 11 Enterprises in Liaoning Province and Total 5 Provinces (SMH [2018] No.281), and this document agrees to grant the qualification on import of non-state trading of crude oil to our company. At this point, our company has obtained the right to use imported 350 tons of crude oil and qualification on import of non-state trading of crude oil. The complete merger of double rights of import of crude oil marks that our company may import the crude oil independently and enjoy the dividend support for crude oil import policy of the state greatly to break the bottleneck of raw materials restricting the development of our company and promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprise continuously.
