Hengyuan Held the Kickoff Meeting for the "Management Improvement and eHR Informatization Consulting Project"

 On the morning of September 4, 2024, the launch conference of Hengyuan "Management Improvement and eHR Information Consulting Project" was successfully held in the large conference room on the first floor. The project team leader Chen Wei, senior executive consultant Shan Dandan, executive consultant Wang Yanjuan, executive supervisor Chen Xiao, company general manager Liu Yongge, deputy general managers Du Guixian, Sun Lihong, and Chen Dezhi, assistant general managers Zhao Honggang, Yang Bin, and Yang Xingtao, safety director Xu Shouyue, deputy chief engineers Chen Jun and Zheng Fusheng, as well as key personnel from various departments and tertiary units attended the launching ceremony.

At the kickoff meeting, the company's general manager Liu Yongge first warmly welcomed the arrival of the project team and focused on introducing the basic situation of the enterprise. He emphasized that all departments should actively cooperate in carrying out this project, improve their ideological awareness, strengthen team collaboration, take into account the overall situation, and promote the implementation of the project as soon as possible, injecting strong development momentum into the enterprise.

Project team leader Chen Wei pointed out that the project team must efficiently collaborate with various departments of the company, carefully plan and steadily promote all project work, and strive to create a unique and more suitable electronic human resource management system (eHR) platform for Hengyuan, laying a solid foundation for effective management and long-term development of the enterprise. Shan Dandan, Senior Executive Consultant of the project team, provided a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and explanation of the project's construction blueprint and implementation details.

By introducing advanced eHR systems, the aim is to achieve standardization, automation, and intelligence of human resource management processes, while combining management consulting to optimize organizational structure, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve performance management levels, ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.
