On the morning of September 13, 2023, Zhang Guiai, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Dezhou City, led a delegation of research team members to visit Hengyuan Carbon Materials Co., Ltd. for research. Zhang Qi, Secretary of the Linyi County Party Committee, Li Yuanzheng, Director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, Zhao Zhifeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the County Economic Development Zone, Liu Yongge, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, and Ma Chuanbo, Deputy General Manager, accompanied the visit and research.

       The research team learned about the extension and expansion of the chemical industry chain in the park on site, and focused on listening to reports on the progress of carbon material project construction, investment returns, research and development cooperation, as well as enterprise transformation, upgrading, and relocation to the park. Subsequently, they observed the carbon material project factory area.
