On February 23, 2022, the centralized commencement of major projects in the Dezhou City and the commencement ceremony of HYSH’s high-end carbon material industrial park were held in the new northern park of Linyi County. At the ceremony, Tian Weidong, secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, announced the commencement of the project. Zhu Kaiguo, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and acting mayor, made an important speech. Liu Changmin, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor, presided over the ceremony. Zhang Qi, secretary of the County Party Committee, reported on the centralized commencement of Linyi County. Yuan Yangang, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Su Sheng and Zhao Xuekun, members of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Wang Shengqiang, secretary general of the Municipal Government and member of the Party group, Zhang Qi, Secretary of the county Party committee, Cui Lei, deputy secretary of the County Party Committee and head of the county, middle and senior managers and employee representatives of HYSH attended the ceremony.

In 2022, 261 major projects were and will be   started in Dezhou City. Among them, the HYSH’s high-end carbon materials industrial park project has a total investment of 4.098 billion yuan, covering an area of 1184 mu. With the comprehensive development of oil-based carbon materials as the strategic positioning, the project focuses on the extension and development of the high-end carbon materials industrial chain, and takes the production of graphite products, asphalt based carbon fibers and other high-precision products required by the market as the core to complete the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise and realize high-quality, efficient, green and healthy development.

The centralized commencement activity of major projects of Dezhou city is arranged in HYSH’s high-end carbon material industrial park, which is the concern, affirmation, support and encouragement of Hengyuan and Hengyuan transformation projects by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, County Party Committee and County Government and leaders at all levels. HYSH will make every effort to ensure the project quality and progress, strive for the early completion and effectiveness of the project, and submit a satisfactory answer to the government, society and employees.
